When There Is Love, There Is A Hope

KUCHING – Several hotels and buildings in Sarawak have lighted up their buildings with heart shaped designs to share the message of love for all amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

It is also part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) to show support for front-liners who are battling daily and for many that are affected by the outbreak – physically, mentally and emotionally.

“We believe that during this difficult time; it is important to be there for one another. Carrying on with whatever aspects of work that we can with a heart,” said Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) Chief Executive Officer, Sharzede Datu Haji Salleh Askor.

She said other organisations have also stepped-up to contribute and provide assistance.

“It is wonderful to see how these organisations have come together with such act of kindness, taking responsibility for the comfort and well-being of our hardworking front-liners, who have put their own lives on the line, for the public good,” she added, sending her thoughts, love and prayers to all front-liners to be safe and strong.
